Online Booking was very easy. I lost 11/2 hours at immigration and was worried that my ride would have left but as I stepped out there he was waiting patiently with a sign with my name on it, I appreciated that very much, thank you.

Very good airport shuttle in Thailand
We were happy that we booked before the shuttle. The guide was there waiting for us even if we were late due to the visa things.
The value for money is excellent.
I think they should say when you book a minivan that it can acomodate only 6-7 people with luggage because we booked one for 10 and at the airport they told us there is not enuogh space so we need a second car. The company was nice and said they will return the money after I have emailed them

Safe Way into Bangkok
I booked an ATT taxi online and had an absolutely recommendable experience with them. When making the reservation the availability and payment confirmation were sent immediatly with very clear instructions. At arrival, there was a company employee already waiting at the meeting point and the taxi driver arrived within acceptable time and was extremely polite and attentive. I definitely recommend ATT services to anyway wanting to reach Bangkok through a safe and pratical way.

This service was excellent - comfortable air-conditioned car, punctual (we were delayed coming through Immigration but our driver was waiting for us), polite driver and reasonably priced. After a long flight, it was good not to have to scramble for a taxi.

We booked for 2 couples, but one of the couples missed their flight, so we had an oversize van for only 2 people. That was perfectly OK after very long trip from California. Very comfortable modern van. Only issue was having to wait at a central limo desk at the airport for 10-15 min, rather than being greeted by our actual driver holding our name sign.

transfer smoothly after long flight
yes one can cue up and take a regular taxi but after a 24 hour flight it was nice to have a smiling driver greet me with my name visible and assist me with my luggage, driver was also patient enough to wait for the 1:30 hour it took to go pass immigration at 1:20am, and I was nervous since had no local cell phone to let the driver know that I was delayed in immigration, but i had made a note when i made the reservation that my smart phone would not work in Thailand so confirmations for departure were made via email

Driver was waiting for us when we arrived at Bangkok airport & took us to hotel which he had a bit of trouble finding but we got there in the end. On the return we had an extremely early start at 4.45am and he was there waiting for us in the lobby to get us to the airport which was good as it was extremely busy even that time of the morning.
Would highly recommend this company for reliability and promptness.

Arranged a transfer at bangkok airport as i couldnt face the hassle of getting a taxi after a 12 hour flight.This option costed slightly more than a taxi however it was worth it.The driver was waiting with a card with my name on it, when and where described.The car was modern and comfortable.Would recommend
